Dela de la Fuente, President and CEO of SunSouth Realty Investments, Inc., a native New Yorker who has made her home in Atlanta, has been in the real estate arena since February 1975. She has worked with real estate attorneys, title agencies, lenders and as Senior Underwriter and Production Manager of the National Commercial Services Division at First American Title from 1997 until 2005. Dela was responsible for the overall management of production in the commercial division for the Atlanta NCS office.

In addition to her passion for underwriting, she oversees the coordination of titles, title examinations, survey and other relevant documentation for settlement. She also reviews purchase, sale, lease and loan documentation and produces commercial title commitments and policies as well as officiates as escrow title officer. Dela has a broad based knowledge of all aspects of the closing and title processes in both residential and commercial real estate. For the past eighteen years, she has focused primarily on commercial title transactions and underwriting.

Dela attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia majoring in Business Administration/Marketing. Atlanta College of Business in Atlanta where she earned her Paralegal Certification in January 1975. She then attended Mercer University in Atlanta receiving an ABA in Business Administration/Marketing.
Professional memberships include Dixieland Title Association (DLTA) of which she is also on the Education Committee, The North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and BNI Corporate Connections, Alpharetta Chapter.

Ennis Willis, Principle Real Estate Agent, is the principal Realtor at SunSouth Realty Investments, Inc.. A native of Thomasville, Georgia, Ennis received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for more than thirty years.

After law school Ennis practiced law successfully in Atlanta for ten years. In the mid-eighties, he moved to California where he joined the legal department of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., the investment firm. There he held a number of positions including Chief of Staff for Corporate Oversight, Schwab’s legal, compliance, risk management and government affairs division. In addition he was Chief of Staff and Venture Integration Manager for Schwab Australia. In 2002, Ennis retired from Schwab and returned to Atlanta. Since 2003 he has worked exclusively in the field of real estate law.
