Capitol Commerce Center, consisting of four single-story buildings totaling ±60,845 square feet, is a 100% occupied, multi-tenant office building.

The Property is located in the Village of Wheeling, a Northwest suburb in Cook County, Illinois.
Cook County accounts for 43.3% of the state’s population and is the second largest county in the
nation (with an estimated 5,392,784 people in 2008). As of the 2000 census the population density
level for Cook County was 5,686 people per square mile.

The property is located adjacent to the Chicago Executive Airport and just two miles west of I-294.
The Chicago Executive Airport is the third busiest airport in Illinois. In 1996, the Department of
Transportation estimated that the airport generated an economic impact to the area of $142 million
annually.
